When we dance with spirit, the music carries you. It moves the energy that has been sitting stuck in your shoulders, your hips, your chest, the energy you have been holding onto because nobody ever taught you how to let it go.
You do not need to know how to dance. You do not need to be good at anything. You just need to be willing to feel and let your body flow.
A weekend where you belong
This is not a retreat where you sit in rows and take notes. This is a women's retreat where you are surrounded by women who understand exactly what it feels like:

A night at the pub
Good wholesome tucker and a bit of a laugh, because healing does not have to be heavy all the time. Dinner is at your own cost.

Arrive and settle
Arrive from 3pm, find your room and meet the circle.
Move and connect
Intuitive dance, spirit connection, meditation and personal time. Dinner at the local pub in the evening (at your own cost).
Integrate and close
A gentle final morning together before we close at 3pm.

Between us we bring years in the wellness field, a shared background in dance and movement, and a lifetime of spiritual mentorship. We have both walked our own long roads of healing (and continue to do so), and we hold this space knowing exactly what it costs and what it gives back.

Do I need dance experience?
Not at all. You do not need to know how to dance or be good at anything. You just need to be willing to feel and let your body flow.

Can I come on my own?

What are the room options?
There are single and shared room options at Maitripa Centre.
What meals are included?
Full vegetarian catering is all included across the weekend. On Saturday night we head to the local pub for dinner, which is at your own cost.
What times does it start and finish?
We begin on Friday 4 December at 3pm and close on Sunday 6 December at 3pm.

What is the refund policy?
