Sessions are conversational and progressive, each building on the last to create lasting change, and every session is recorded for you to revisit whenever you need support. Each session Connie Rose answers your real life questions with intuitive guidance, creating a safe place to land, be seen, and feel supported as everything shifts. Seasonal intakes run throughout the year with a winter group beginning soon.
