    Six transformational sessions for life clarity, emotional grounding, and deeper connection with yourself, held within the warmth of a small intimate group of two to three people. Sessions are conversational and progressive, each building on the last to create lasting change, and every session is recorded for you to revisit whenever you need support. Moving through self-awareness, forgiveness, authentic connection, life balance, confidence, and integration, you will move forward feeling clear, grounded, and fully yourself. This is for when you are craving ongoing support, deeper understanding, and connection with like-minded souls. A three month journey where you are not doing this alone but walking alongside others as your spiritual development unfolds. Each session Connie Rose answers your real life questions with intuitive guidance, creating a safe place to land, be seen, and feel supported as everything shifts. Seasonal intakes run throughout the year with a winter group beginning soon.

    Session 1: Welcome Home Setting intentions, meeting your cohort, and opening to the season ahead. What does Spring want to show you? Meditation and intuitive guidance to begin our journey together.

    Session 2: Trust Your Intuition. Learning to hear your own inner voice again. Exercises to strengthen your intuitive senses and trust what you already know.

    Session 3: Oracle and Spirit. Working with oracle cards as a tool for spirit connection and personal guidance. Each woman draws a card and receives intuitive insight.

    Session 4: Connecting with Spirit. A guided spirit connection session. Opening to messages from passed loved ones and spirit guides. Meditation and sharing in sacred community.

    Session 5: Self Belief and Inner Strength. Clearing the stories that keep you small. What would you do if you truly believed in yourself? Intuitive guidance and group sharing.

    Session 6: Closing Ceremony. Your Next Chapter Celebrating how far you have come. Setting intentions for the season ahead. A closing meditation and a loving send off into Summer.
