This is a gentle and supportive space to meet yourself exactly where you are. Over three 1:1 sessions, we’ll walk together through what’s unfolding for you right now — whether you're feeling a little lost, holding something heavy, or simply craving a deeper connection to your own truth.
Each session is intuitively guided and completely unique. We might work with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), energy healing, or connect with Spirit — depending on what’s needed in the moment and what your energy is calling for.

You’ll also receive gentle check-in calls between each session — a 15-minute space to reflect, integrate, and feel held as you move through the layers.
