When your mind has too many "background programs" running, it can become sluggish. The energy helps "shut down" these programs, allowing for a mental reset. When this happens, you may feel dizzy or temporarily lose your sense of thought.
It's best to be lying down during this process to avoid falling over if you feel unsteady.
The mental reset brings a sense of beautiful peace and clarity, often leading participants to a state of "enlightenment" or heightened awareness. This state allows you to be in the present moment, free from the noise of the past or the future. Enjoy this reset and trust that it’s a process that leads to lasting peace.
